The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 91 "An Act                                       
relating to information and services available to pregnant women and                                
other persons; and ensuring informed consent before an abortion may                                 
be performed, except in cases of medical emergency" and                                             
recommended the adoption of the Health, Education and Social                                        
Services Committee Substitute offered on page 919. Signing do pass:                                 
Senator Taylor, Chair. Signing do pass and amend to work with the                                   
department to control cost while implementing: Senator Cowdery.
