The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 338 "An Act                                        
making certain individuals convicted of crimes ineligible for                                       
permanent fund dividends and relating to certain payments of                                        
compensation from the crime victim compensation fund; and                                           
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 338(FIN) "An Act                                                   
          making certain individuals convicted of crimes                                            
          ineligible for permanent fund dividends; relating to                                      
          appropriations from the dividend fund; to certain                                         
          payments of compensation from the crime victim                                            
          compensation fund; to state aid for certain obligees                                      
          with child support arrearages; and providing for an
