The Transportation Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 327                                         
"An Act relating to motor vehicle insurance; and providing for an                                   
effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                 
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 327(TRA) "An Act                                                   
          relating to confidentiality of insurance records and                                      
          hearings and to motor vehicle insurance; and                                              
          providing for an effective date."
