The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 219 "An Act                                        
establishing and relating to the Joint Federal and State Navigable                                  
Waters Commission for Alaska; and providing for an effective date"                                  
and recommended it be replaced with                                                                 
                                                                                                    
                   CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 219(FIN) "An Act                                         
              establishing and relating to the Navigable Waters                                    
          Commission for Alaska."
