The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL NO.                                         
170 "An Act relating to wage and hour protections for employees of                                  
the Alaska Railroad Corporation" and recommended it be replaced

          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 170(L&C) "An Act                                                   
          relating to wage and hour protections for employees                                       
          of the Alaska Railroad Corporation; and providing
