The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 126 "An                                      
Act establishing a right of action for a legal separation; and amending                             
Rule 42(a), Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure" and recommended it be                                  
replaced with                                                                                       
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 126(STA) "An Act                                                   
          establishing a right of action for a legal separation;                                    
          requiring a report about legal separations; and                                           
          amending Rule 42(a), Alaska Rules of Civil
