The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 11 "An Act                                         
relating to the legal age for attending school; and providing for an                                
effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                 
                                                                                                    
                    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 11(FIN) "An Act                                         
            relating to required school attendance; and providing                                  
          for an effective date."
