Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on                                    
the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date                                
clause. Without objection, it was so ordered.

to concur in the House amendments to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.

          363(RLS) am H "An Act relating to communications                                          
          and elections, to reporting of contributions and                                          
          expenditures, and to campaign misconduct in the                                           
          second degree; relating to disclosure by individuals                                      
          of contributions to candidates; and providing for an                                      
          effective date."                                                                          
                                                                                                    
The Speaker has appointed the following members to a conference                                     
committee to meet with a like committee from the Senate to consider
