Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the citations                                  
be adopted. Without objection, the citations were adopted and referred

HB 154                                                                                            
Senator Phillips, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                 
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                                           
HOUSE BILL NO. 154(FSH) "An Act relating to security for the                                        
payment of fishery business taxes and to payment of the fisheries                                   
resource landing tax." Without objection, the bill was referred to the                              
Resources Committee.                                                                                
                                                                                                    
SB 193                                                                                            
The reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 193(FIN) "An                                          
Act making a special appropriation to the Alaska Legislative Council                                
for a study of the economic and social effects of the permanent fund                                
dividend on the state; and providing for an effective date" was not                                 
taken up this legislative day and the bill was referred to the Secretary                            
for engrossment.
