YEAS: 17 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Austerman, Davis, Ellis, Elton, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Olson, Phillips, Taylor, Therriault, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Absent: Cowdery, Donley, Pearce and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendments, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10(MLV) am H Urging the United States Congress to fully fund the operational readiness and recapitalization requirements of the United States Coast Guard. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment. Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that Senator Cowdery be excused from a call of the Senate. Without objection, Senator Cowdery was excused. Standing Committee Reports SB 158 The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 158 "An Act directing the commissioner of revenue to prepare a report to the legislature relating to the state's participation in owning or financing a gas pipeline project; and providing for an effective date" and recommended the adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page 855.
