HB 127 Message dated May 8 was read, stating: The House has rescinded its action in adopting CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 127 "An Act relating to aviation and to emergency equipment to be carried on aircraft." Senator Leman moved that the Senate rescind its action in adopting the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 127 (page 1543). The question being: "Shall the Senate rescind its action?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 127 Shall the Senate Rescind its action in adopting the Conference Committee Report? YEAS: 19 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Cowdery, Davis, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Olson, Pearce, Phillips, Therriault, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Taylor and so, the Senate rescinded its action in adopting the Conference Committee Report, and the bill was returned to the Conference Committee.
