second Alaska State Legislature, acting in Joint Session, voted to                                  
override the previous veto of:

                  "An Act relating to election campaigns and                                       
          legislative ethics."                                                                      
                                                                                                    
Therefore the following chapter number has been assigned and the                                    
engrossed and enrolled copies will be transmitted to the Lieutenant
