SB 103 Senator Leman moved that CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 103 "An Act relating to election campaigns and legislative ethics" become law notwithstanding the Governor's veto. The question being: "Shall CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 103 become law notwithstanding the Governor's veto?"
