Without objection, the Senate proceeded to: Citations In Memoriam - James Richard Paul Clinton Senator(s) Leman, Wilken, Donley, Pearce, Halford, Elton, Davis, Lincoln, Austerman, Taylor, Kelly, Green, Ward, Phillips, Hoffman Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the citation be adopted. Without objection, the citation was adopted and referred to the Secretary for transmittal. Messages from the House HJR 27 Message dated May 3 was read, stating the House concurred in the Senate amendment to CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27(MLV), thus adopting: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27(STA) Supporting the erection of monuments in Alaska, Russia, and Canada to commemorate the World War II lend-lease program between the United States and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
