The report was referred to the Finance Committee. Standing Committee Reports SB 38 Corrected Labor and Commerce Committee Report (page 404) received March 12: The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 38 "An Act relating to a new optional group of persons eligible for medical assistance who require treatment for breast or cervical cancer; and providing for an effective date."
