SB 37                                                                                             
The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 37 "An Act                                       
relating to collective negotiation by physicians with health benefit                                
plans; and to health benefit plan contracts with individual competing                               
physicians" and recommended it be replaced with                                                     
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 37(JUD) "An Act                                                    
          relating to collective negotiation by physicians with                                     
          health benefit plans, to health benefit plan contracts                                    
          with individual competing physicians, and to the                                          
          application of state antitrust laws to agreements                                         
          involving providers and groups of providers affected                                      
          by collective negotiations."
