RESOLUTION NO. 47(RLS) Urging the United States Environmental                                       
Protection Agency and the Alaska Department of Environmental                                        
Conservation to provide maximum possible flexibility in application                                 
of ultra low sulfur diesel fuel requirements to Alaska. Signing do pass:
