(Title change authorized by HCR 29) The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment. HJR 33 Senators Wilken, Taylor, Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 33 Expressing gratitude to President George W. Bush, to the President's cabinet, and to the men and women of the United States armed forces and declaring support for the war on terrorism. Without objection, it was so ordered. HJR 35 Senators Wilken, Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 35 Relating to urging the United States Congress to amend the tax code to permanently repeal the death tax. Without objection, it was so ordered. EO 103 In accordance with AS 24.08.210, action was not taken on the following Executive Order and it was returned to the Governor's Office at 1:25 p.m. on March 15, 2002: EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 103 Transferring from the office of the lieutenant governor to the state archivist the responsibility for the maintenance and legal custody of permanent files of certified copies of regulations and orders of repeal.
