The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 154 "An Act                                        
relating to mental health treatment facilities; repealing the termination                           
date of the mental health treatment assistance program; and providing                               
for an effective date." Signing do pass: Senators Donley, Kelly,                                    
Cochairs, Senators Austerman, Hoffman, Green, Olson, Wilken,

conclusive investigation and requesting the criminal justice system to                              
take rapid action to reach the determination of this case, and
