The Resources Committee considered HOUSE BILL NO. 61 "An Act                                        
authorizing the commissioner of fish and game to award grants for                                   
habitat restoration or enhancement projects; and providing for an                                   
effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                 
                                                                                                    
             SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 61(RES) "An                                               
             Act authorizing the commissioner of fish and game to                                   
             award grants for habitat restoration, access, or                                       
             enhancement projects; and providing for an effective                                   
             date."
