The Labor and Commerce Committee considered CS FOR HOUSE                                            
BILL NO. 480(STA) "An Act providing that the death of an employee                                   
killed because of the employee's job status shall be considered an                                  
occupational death for purposes of survivor's pension benefits in the                               
teachers' retirement system and the public employees' retirement
