The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                          
NO. 393(L&C) "An Act relating to unfair and deceptive trade                                         
practices and to the sale of business opportunities; amending Rules 4                               
and 73, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure; and providing for an                                       
effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following
