SENATE BILL NO. 355 "An Act establishing an account in the                                          
general fund to receive general gifts, donations, and bequests to the                               
State of Alaska" was read the second time.                                                          
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                 
passage. Senator Ellis objected.
