CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 297(JUD) "An Act related to aggravating                                       
factors at sentencing" was read the second time.                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                    
adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                               
2537. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                            
NO. 297(JUD) "An Act relating to restitution and to aggravating                                     
factors at sentencing" (Title change authorized by SCR 31) was                                      
adopted and read the second time.                                                                   
                                                                                                    
Senators Leman, Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent to be                                      
shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
