Senator Taylor requested that the reconsideration on 2d CS FOR                                      
HOUSE BILL NO. 303(RLS) "An Act relating to taxation of                                             
individual income; and providing for an effective date" be taken up.                                
The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Taylor                                   
moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his motion. Without
