HB 287 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 287(FIN) "An Act relating to the exemption of commercial fishing entry permits from claims of creditors and execution on an interest in a limited entry permit; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 287(FIN) was read the third time. Senators Leman, Lincoln, Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senators Leman, Lincoln, Hoffman were required to vote.
