Senator Leman moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate temporarily advance down the calendar to consideration of SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 250(FIN).
