The resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17(JUD) Expressing the legislature's support for sale of a portion of Alaska's North Slope natural gas for electrical generation to power data centers within the North Slope Borough, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHCR 17(JUD) Third Reading - On Reconsideration YEAS: 14 NAYS: 4 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Austerman, Cowdery, Davis, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Pearce, Phillips, Therriault, Torgerson, Wilken Nays: Green, Halford, Taylor, Ward Absent: Hoffman, Olson and so, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17(JUD) passed the Senate on reconsideration and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. HB 242 Senator Ellis requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 242(FIN) be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration.
