SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 242(FIN) will be on the May 6 calendar. Senator Pearce lifted the call. Recess Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate stand in recess to a call of the Chair. Without objection, the Senate recessed at 7:30 p.m. After Recess The Senate reconvened at 8:27 p.m. SB 169 Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the third reading of CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 169(FIN) "An Act providing that the delinquency laws are inapplicable to minors who are at least 16 years of age and are accused of felony crimes against persons directed at victims because of the victims' race, sex, color, creed, physical or mental disability, ancestry, or national origin" be held to the May 6 calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
