The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 359(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSB 359(RLS)? YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Austerman, Cowdery, Davis, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Green, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Olson, Phillips, Stevens, Taylor, Therriault, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Absent: Hoffman and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 359(FIN) "An Act relating to organization grants for mergers, consolidations, or unifications involving third class boroughs; and relating to identification by the Local Boundary Commission of areas that meet the standards for borough incorporation." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
