The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 29(FIN) am H Budget Reserve Fund Sections YEAS: 19 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Cowdery, Davis, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Olson, Pearce, Taylor, Therriault, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Phillips and so, the Budget Reserve Fund Sections were adopted. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
