CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 142(HES) "An Act relating to the Alaska                                       
temporary assistance program; and providing for an effective date"

Senator Green, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                     
adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Senate                                        
Committee Substitute offered on page 1396. Senator Ellis objected,                                  
then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections,                                     
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 142(HES) was                                                    
adopted and read the second time.
