Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. CCS SB 363 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the Second Session of the Twenty-Second Alaska State Legislature be extended to midnight, May 16, 2002. Representative Hayes objected. The question being: "Shall the Second Session of the Twenty-Second Alaska State Legislature be extended to midnight, May 16, 2002?"
