Representative Hayes later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote                               
on HCR 36, and the reconsideration was taken up then.

SB 181                                                                                            
Representative Hayes gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                  
HCS CSSB 181(FIN) (page 3628).                                                                      
                                                                                                    
Representative Hayes moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
reconsideration of HCS CSSB 181(FIN) be taken up on the same day.                                   
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
The following was again before the House in third reading:

    "An Act relating to and increasing the interest rate on that portion                            
    of a loan for a single family house or owner-occupied duplex in a                               
    small community that exceeds $250,000; relating to the Alaska                                   
    Housing Finance Corporation's rural assistance loan program and                                 
    to loans for teacher housing in small communities."                                             
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCS CSSB 181(FIN) pass the
