Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on HCS CSSSSB 149(FIN). SB 158 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 6, 2001, calendar (page 1608), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 158(FIN) "An Act directing the commissioner of revenue to prepare a report to the legislature relating to the state's participation in owning or financing a gas pipeline project; and providing for an effective date."
