Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that                                         
SB 151 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                      
placed on final passage.                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Representative Berkowitz objected.                                                                  
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that SB 151 will advance to third reading on the
