There being no further objection, it was so ordered. Representative James moved that the House recede from its amendments to CSSB 103(FIN), namely HCS CSSB 103(2d RLS) am H, and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House recede from its amendments to CSSB 103(FIN)?"
