             (G)  reasonable use of governmental resources by a                                 
    legislator or legislative employee to support or oppose a                                   
    proposed amendment to the state or federal constitution; a                                  
    legislator or legislative employee may support or oppose a                                  
    proposed constitutional amendment; however, a legislator or                                 
    legislative employee may not use governmental resources to                                  
    solicit or receive contributions for a proposed constitutional                              
    amendment"                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
Representative Halcro moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.                                                                         
                                                                                                    
Representative Bunde objected.                                                                      
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess to
