Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB                                    
9(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                      
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                              
                                                                                                    
CSSB 9(L&C) was read the third time.
