    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6                                                                    
    Relating to opposition to the inclusion of national forests in                                  
    Alaska within President Clinton's Roadless Area Conservation                                    
    rule and supporting the overturning of this inclusion by litigation,
