The House Special Committee on Oil & Gas has considered:                                            
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 44                                                                   
    Urging the President of the United States, the United States                                    
    Congress, and appropriate federal officials to support the                                      
    construction and operation of the Alaska Highway Natural Gas                                    
    Pipeline route.                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 44(O&G)                                                       
    Strongly urging the President of the United States, the United                                  
    States Congress, and appropriate federal officials to support the                               
    construction and operation of the Alaska Highway Natural Gas
