There being no objection, it was so ordered. HJR 37 was read the third time. Representatives Kott, Porter, Fate, Joule, and Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall HJR 37 pass the House?"
