Full Journal pdf2002-02-11 House Journal Page 2207 CONSIDERATION OF THE DAILY CALENDAR THIRD READING OF HOUSE RESOLUTIONS HJR 30 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February 8, 2002, calendar (page 2189), was read the third time: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30 Relating to an amendment to the Constitution of the United States prohibiting desecration of the Flag of the United States. The question being: "Shall HJR 30 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HJR 30 Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 38 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Berkowitz, Bunde, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Guess, Halcro, Harris, Hayes, Hudson, James, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kohring, Kott, Lancaster, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Mulder, Murkowski, Ogan, Porter, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson Excused: Davies, Kookesh And so, HJR 30 passed the House and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 405 The Speaker added a Transportation Committee referral to precede the Judiciary Committee referral for the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 405 "An Act relating to the prosecution of criminal offenses committed on or against ferries and other watercraft owned or operated by the state; and providing for an effective date."
