The Community & Regional Affairs Committee has considered:                                          
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27                                                              
    Relating to urging the Local Boundary Commission to adopt                                       
    standards and procedures to enable the commission to return a                                   
    petition for a local boundary change to the petitioner when the                                 
    commission determines the petition is substantively deficient or in                             
    need of substantial amendment or supplementation.
