     HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26                                                             
     Supporting increased use of the house arrest program/electronic                                
     monitoring with sobriety monitoring as a means of preventing                                   
      crime and reducing the high costs of imprisonment in Alaska.
