HJR 13 Representative Hayes removed his name as cosponsor from: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 13 Urging the President and the United States Congress to uphold Alaska's right to 90 percent of the royalties from oil, gas, and mineral leasing on federal land in Alaska.
