    "An Act relating to international airports revenue bonds; and                                   
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 64(TRA)                                                                   
    "An Act relating to international airports revenue bonds and to the                             
    spending plan for the International Airports Construction Fund;                                 
    and providing for an effective date."
