Full Journal pdf2001-04-05 House Journal Page 0852 HB 4 The Judiciary Committee has considered: HOUSE BILL NO. 4 "An Act relating to offenses involving operating a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or controlled substance; relating to implied consent to take a chemical test; relating to registration of motor vehicles; relating to presumptions arising from the amount of alcohol in a person's breath or blood; and providing for an effective date." and recommends it be replaced with: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 4(JUD) "An Act relating to offenses involving operating a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, inhalant, or controlled substance; relating to court 2001-04-05 House Journal Page 0853 records of a conviction involving a violation of the Alaska Uniform Vehicle Code or another law, regulation, or ordinance regulating the driving of vehicles; relating to implied consent to take a chemical test; relating to operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license; relating to registration of motor vehicles; relating to presumptions arising from the amount of alcohol in a person's breath or blood; relating to alcoholism treatment for offenders convicted of certain offenses involving operating a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft; and providing for an effective date."
