The report was signed by Representatives Rokeberg (Chair), Halcro, Croft; and Senators Taylor (Chair), Halford, Ellis. The following fiscal note(s) apply to CCS HB 330: 1. Zero, Dept. of Law 2. Indeterminate, Dept. of Administration 3. Indeterminate, Dept. of Corrections Representative James moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS HB 330 and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report?" The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. CCS HB 330 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
