    "An Act relating to nursing, nurses, and nurse aides."                                          
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 276(L&C)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to temporary permits and licenses by                                           
    endorsement issued by the Board of Nursing; and relating to the                                 
    delegation of nursing duties."
